Jason Jameson and Josh Rice earn podium finishes with Iron-Man at Atomic Speedway
Jason Jameson rolled into Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) on Friday afternoon alongside with new teammate Josh Rice for the American Late Model Iron-Man Series-sanctioned Night the Stars Come Out doubleheader.
In the $5,000-to-win opener, Rice picked up a heat race win and started on the second-row while Jameson won his B-Main and started 16th. Jameson rounded out the Top-10 in 10th while Rice earned a podium finish in third behind Mike Marlar and Devin Moran.
Jason was much better early in the night on Saturday as he ran to a heat race win and Josh finished second in his heat. Both JRR drivers raced to a Top-5 finish in the $15,000-to-win finale as Jason finished third and Josh rounded out the Top-5 in fifth. Mike Marlar, Devin Moran, and Tyler Carpenter filled in the other positions.
